My Sweet Pete

Paige, aka Paiger Pete is quite the child. On one hand she's an angel, dainty and girly, but on the other hand she is a dareDEVIL and a stinkbug (her other nickname). I credit some of the latter to her gluten allergy. Paige loves to draw beautiful pictures and give them to everybody. She loves to go to the park. Everytime we pass one she yells, "the park, the park!" She loves me to hold her and read every book in the house. Paige is our collector. Everyday she has something new to pack around; books, movies, coloring books, stuffed animals. The next day she just drops them where she stands and moves onto another collection. Unfortunately, Paiger's favorite thing to do is torture her older sister. Avery cries over everything so Paige is instantly gratified. I haven't learned the right punishment because it's never enough to make her stop. My favorite thing about Paige is her singing. She sings the cutest little songs. And once again, on the other hand, if she's screaming she just tells me it's her 'loud song.' If Paige could have anything in the world, it would be a kitty. She has a stuffed one that goes everywhere with us. The dog loving parents have two cat loving kiddos.

My Gorgeous Girl

Avery is my very special girl. She loves to draw and tells me on a regular basis that she is an artist. Just the other day Paige go ahold of one of her masterpieces. Avery was screaming, "I'm an artist and she's ruining my art." Her talent is amazing and I'm glad she has it, it's one of the things I wished I had developed. She loves her preschool and learning her letters. Today Rudy found some beautiful A's drawn so nicely on the wood trim to the dog room. Avery loves to paint her nails and play dress up. But she's not afraid to get dirty either. She loves teaching her little sister (or you little beast as Ave calls her) everything she knows. My favorite thing about Avery is her hugs and kisses. She rubs my face and doesn't let me get away with a quick showing of affection. She grabs my face, plants a big kiss on me and tells me how much she loves me...at least 5 times a day. And she makes sure her grandparents get plenty of loves too. Oh, and kitties. She LOVES kitties.
